I live in Sydney Australia and I shot portraits of strangers on the streets. I shoot mainly on film using Hasselblad 500CM and Nikon FM2 and available light. I enjoy shooting analog as it makes me more conscious of what I do, and involves me more in the process of creating a photograph.

Stopping people and asking them for a photo is a challenge, but once you’ve done that the real challenge begins when you try to make them look the same way they looked before you approached them. There’s a magic in shooting people you don’t know. I still can’t explain it, but I love doing it.
