The textures, traces, lines and rhythms, whether in an urban context or in the nature, attract my eye. This abstract writing challenges and fascinates me: it is a whisper of a passage of time, the history of man kind with all its complexity.
These “compositions”, as I like to call them, are created based on photos taken in the different locations mentioned above.
I assemble and superpose these photos with a software, to be able to obtain a pictorial effect.

I am a Manchester (England) based independent photographer and filmmaker. I favour high contrast black and white photography and am enamoured with the city I live in. They seem to go hand in hand. I have also traveled the Asia-Pacific and brought back many photos and stories. My goal is to improve my photography and I feel I do with every shot I take.

My name is Andy, my then-girlfriend introduced me to photography in my freshman year of high school, and I’ve fallen in love with the art.
I shoot because I enjoy it. I love capturing the moment because I realize there are no two photographs that are exactly the same, there’s always going to be one subtle difference; each capture is unique in its own nature.
Self-taught at first, but I’ve taken classes at my school. I primarily shoot with a Nikon D3100, but I will use other cameras when the situation calls for it.
I shoot what I see, always on the lookout for the perfect shot.
I shoot film, mostly medium format but some 135 and instant as well, in both colour and black & white, using my Bronica and Rolleiflex. I develop at home.
Small towns, Americana, the Southwest, desert landscapes, urban decay/eccentricities and portraits all grab my eye and earn frames on my films.
There’s always a camera in my bag.
I’m looking for a special, mysterious moment in my photography. The little things we like to ignore in our upspeeding everydaylife. The strories untold, the people unseen, the sounds unheard. I also try to see photograhic beauty in the things that human left on this planet. ‘Beauty is everwhere, but not everyone can see’ is a phrase whith which you could explain some of my pictures. I try to find my own way of composing and presenting the not so special things in a special way. We should try to be different by being ourself. Get inspired but not to influenced by the trends, fashions and hypes that surround us everyday. I’m trying to find my own style and myself through photography.

Hi, I’m 23, french, and I’m actually chef in Paris, but to create food is my “minor” passion, what I’m really mad about is Picture : drawings, paintings, photos, movies…everything that I can be amazed with my eyes. I felt in love with photography when I bought my first camera five years ago, I’ve learned all by myself, but I’ve started a photography school four month ago to enlarge my knowledge about the job of photographer…because I’m gonna stop my job in two month, gonna get some holidays, and start a job related to photography ! as a graphic designer, i’ve always had a sensitivity for pictures. i’ve started to make my own images in 2010 and since then i’m working on improving my style.
i’m always looking for places to shoot. i’m not trying to make the perfect photography, but i want to feel the deep atmosphere of the places and to tell a story about it. i love urban sceneries and abandonned places, destroyed objects and all kind of junk stuff, old cars, or whatever. my goal is to incorporate a little more human presence in my setting scenes. i work with a canon 7D and i always do a few post treatment because i love playing with pixels.
Although I’d love to become one, I’m not a professional photographer. But I really love making pictures. I see them everywhere, so I try to take my camera with me as often as possible. My work contains a lot of different subjects, simply because there’s too many things I like to take pictures of: flowers, people, objects, landscapes, … What I think’s important, is light and/or shadow, composition, shapes, colours, contrast, or action. The perfect exposure can give a picture a special atmosphere, and shapes can be accentuated by shadow or colours. But most important is telling a story. The pictures I love most are those who seem to tell a story or make people create one around it. Pictures that can arouse emotions to the people looking at it.

I’m 22, and I’m an emergent photographer based in Italy.
I love photography since I was a kid but I start taking photos at 19. I shot with a Canon Eos 7d, Canon Ef 50mm 1.8, tripod, shutter release, studio lights and reflectors. I love human expressions and the feelings you can get from a face. I take inspirations from everything around me.
I love every kind of portraiture but most of all I love fashion portraits. I usually take outdoor shooting, but I love also to experiment with the lights in studio.
I had some features in various photography website and online magazine and I also had one publication on an italian photography magazine.

Hi I am Timothy Dueñas, a photography enthusiast that tries to capture more than the beauty reflecting a good photograph. I believe it is substance and emotion that is important. My subjects range from portraits, landscapes, travel and street photography. I am using a Nikon D5000 and most of the time a 35mm lens.
Photography is my life-long obsession. As a kid, it was polaroids and instamatics and photo-booth strips. In high school, some kind teacher put a twin lens reflex Yashica in my hands, pointed me toward the football field and said, “Shoot that.”
I had to have my own gear. Something good. Something I couldn’t afford as a 16 year old kid. So that next summer I made dozens and dozens of macrame’ plant hangers (macrame’—that dates me, right?), and I sold enough to buy a Canon A-1, a couple of lenses, and an old Vivitar 285 strobe. The high-school band conductor taught me darkroom technique, and I ran enough Tri-X through that Canon rig to circle the planet.
Now I’m an old dude living in Kentucky on a tiny farm, still shooting, still learning every day, still loving it. There is so much to see.

I mainly shoot with medium format camera (Hasselblad 500cm and Rolleiflex T). I also use a Konika Hexar rangefinder with a 35mm voigtlander.
Hello, everyone. I’m Amber, a traveller with many passions including photography and nature. I find myself focusing on aerial photography whenever I get the chance; the views from above never cease to amaze the mind. I also love photographing landscapes, astrophotography, and the intimate moments in nature that others may overlook. Wildlife is another favourite of mine, and I’m working on exploring more types of photography as well as finding my style whilst I continue to learn.
My blog features old, new, and experimental works. I shoot digital, 35mm, and medium format. Currently, more digital images are being posted as I gather and develop rolls of film. My collection of cameras is always increasing as I travel, and you just never know what amazing views you may come across.
